INFECT CO'S RESPONSE TO THE INFECTION

First and foremost, we would like to thank each and every one of you for your support - especially during these weird times. But, we feel obligated to update you on our response to everything that is going on and give you an update on what you can expect in regards to your orders.

As you may have expected, our fulfillment and shipping times will be delayed. Do not worry though, we are submitting orders to our fulfillment partners every other day and they are still being fulfilled and shipped - just at a slower rate than normal. 

For everyone's safety, our fulfillment partners are working with a limited number of people in their facilities and even routing certain orders to backup facilities to keep things moving smoothly. This is one of the main reasons why there are delays. Another reason, is shipping. 

So, let's address that too. Yes, you can and should expect shipping delays. More countries are limiting passenger flights and closing their borders. This doesn't (always) directly impact cargo, but fewer passenger flights mean fewer transit options for shipments and longer lines at borders. 

We're also disabling Express and Overnight shipping methods for international orders as our carriers can't guarantee that fast of a delivery. 

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and support. We always say, Infect would not exist without our community - our supporters. We owe everything to you and we will forever be grateful for every single one of you.
